Sleep is a basic and essential component to everyday life, sleep is important for creating a healthy and balanced lifestyle. However, as a result of working and social relations, sleep has taken a step down and is now being seen as less and less important more than ever.
Work has invaded our rest periods and even more so our sleeping periods. Increased demand for a working life, for many, meant that sleep is now shortened to compensate for the extra work load.
Manipulation of dreams isn’t uncommon, the most common and usual way is lucid dreaming. The Dream Team aims to explore and devise a solution to effectively use our dreams, working similarly to lucid dreams, as a means to help us deal with the extra work load while also being well rested when they wake up to continue their regular lives.
